Matcha Samurai Product Guarantee

At Matcha Samurai, we stand behind the quality of our matcha. If you purchase a 60g Matcha Samurai matcha bag and are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund of the matcha product price under the conditions outlined below.

This guarantee allows customers to try our matcha with confidence.

Eligible Products

The Matcha Samurai Product Guarantee applies to:

  • Individual 60g matcha bags

  • Bundles that include 60g matcha bags

  • Starter kits, however the guarantee applies only to the matcha product included in the kit

Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Accessories (including whisks, bowls, scoops, or other tools)

  • Non-matcha products

For purchases that include accessories or tools, the guarantee applies only to the matcha product itself.

Conditions

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  • Customers must contact Matcha Samurai and state the reason for the refund request.

  • Customers may be asked to provide photo evidence of the product.

  • Refunds apply to the matcha product price only and do not include shipping costs.

  • Matcha Samurai reserves the right to review and verify purchase details before issuing a refund.

For bundles or starter kits, refunds will apply only to the value of the matcha product included in the purchase, not to accessories or tools.

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request
