Booking & Payment
• All bookings must be made through our online system.
• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• Limited spots—first come, first served!
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• 14+ days before: Full refund.
• 7–14 days before: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before: Non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
COVID-19 Policy
• If you are unwell or test positive for COVID-19, please do not attend.
• You will receive a credit to use for a future workshop or Matcha Samurai products.
Ticket Transfers & Gifting
• Tickets are fully transferable—just let us know in advance.
• If gifting a ticket, notify us of the recipient’s name at least 48 hours before the event.
Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us
• If we need to reschedule or cancel, you will receive:
a) A full refund, OR
b) The option to transfer to a future workshop.
• We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs.
Health, Safety & Liability
• The workshop involves hot liquids and roasting equipment—please exercise caution.
• Matcha Samurai is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages during the event.
• Any damage to equipment caused by negligence may incur a fee.
Photography & Media
📸 Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes.

To qualify for a refund, you must:
✔ Participate fully in the workshop.
✔ Share your feedback with us in person before leaving.
🚫 Refunds are not available once you have left the venue.
