The Café grade of our matcha tea is our most popular blend. It is delicious, versatile, and very smooth. In modern day Japan, the matcha drink menu has expanded to include lattes, smoothies, and cold drinks while maintaining it's calming influence. Matcha is naturally lightly caffeinated, making this a great alternative to your morning coffee. Café grade matcha can be enjoyed on it's own with hot water, but many love to add milk and sugar to taste. Try mixing this with frothed milk for a creamy matcha latte treat.
All of our teas are organic and stone ground. Matcha Samurai is grown in Uji Japan, the region most famous for it's matcha tea.
